1. Personal data controller
BL PROPERTIES is responsible for the processing of personal data concerning contact persons and others that we receive or that is otherwise processed when we conduct our business.


2. Purpose of treatment and the legal basis

This Policy has been established and updated in April 2021. We reserve the right to update and revise the Policy depending on new legal requirements and how we process personal data. Please ensure that you continuously check whether this Policy has changed (a version updated from time to time will be available at www.blproperties.se).

Customer information and customer account
The Customer confirms that the personal information provided by the Customer in connection with the order is correct and completely filled in and is responsible for such information that is incorrect. BL Properties is responsible for personal data for the processing of the personal data that the Customer provides in connection with the order. Information on how BL Properties processes the Customer's personal data can be found in the BL Properties Privacy Policy

You who are a registered Customer, e.g. through membership in BL Properties, you undertake to ensure that no one other than yourself can use your login information. You may not disclose the username and password of any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing username and password information are stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to the information. You must immediately report to BL Properties if it can be suspected that someone unauthorized knows the Customer's password.
Customer who is a company guarantees that the person who has registered the customer account and any other users are authorized to perform measures and make purchases on behalf of the Customer on the Website. Customer who is a company is responsible for all actions performed by its users during login to the Customer's customer account. Furthermore, Customer who is a company must ensure that its users read and accept these Terms and read BL Properties' privacy policy.


If BL Properties suspects that login information or a customer account is being misused or if the use otherwise violates the Terms, BL Properties has the right to suspend the Customer and / or you as a user. BL Properties also has the right to assign you new login information for any reason. If the order is made in another person's name without their consent, the incident will be reported to the police.

Amendment of the Terms
BL Properties has the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Changes apply from the Customer's acceptance of the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the Website), or 30 days after BL Properties has informed the Customer of the changes.

Applicable law and court
These conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and, notwithstanding what is stated in the paragraph below, shall be decided in Sweden by a general court.
Anyone who is a consumer can contact their municipality's consumer guidance or the Swedish Consumer Agency's information service "Hello Consumer" to get advice and information. Anyone who is a consumer also has the right to turn to the General Complaints Board (ARN). ARN can be reached either via www.arn.se or by address Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. In the event of a dispute, BL Properties follows ARN's recommendations. A consumer can also complain via the EU's online dispute resolution platform, which can be reached at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
