You who shop as a private person need to be over 18 years old, not be under guardianship and in otherwise have the capacity to enter into agreements.

Right of withdrawal in distance trading
In distance selling, you as a consumer always have 14 days to cancel your purchase in accordance with current consumer law legislation.
Right of withdrawal means that you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of you or a person specified by you receiving the ordered product (the withdrawal period).
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send a clear message to BL Properties about this before the withdrawal period has expired. In such a message, you must state your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, order date, e-mail address and which products you regret if the order contains several products. You can also choose to use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has produced, see here.
When purchasing via the Website, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent required to assess whether you are satisfied with it. If and to the extent that the product is handled to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function, BL Properties has the right to make a depreciation deduction on the amount to be repaid. Impairment The size of the deduction corresponds to the depreciation of the product compared with the original value of the product.
Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. In connection with ordering a product for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, you will receive clear information about this on the Website. Products that are exempt from the right of withdrawal are e.g. products that have been manufactured in accordance with the Customer's instructions or that have otherwise been given a clear personal touch.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be sent to the factory within 14 days from the date you notified BL Properties that you regret it. The product should be sent to ……………………………………. When the Customer regrets his purchase, the Customer pays the cost of return shipping. The return must be sent directly to this address and not via a representative, returns sent to a representative will not be picked up and will be returned to the sender.
The Customer is responsible for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during return shipping. BL Properties therefore recommends that the product is sent in the original packaging well packaged in an outer packaging with a traceable shipment.
BL Properties will refund the amount as soon as possible, including a fee for payment methods and shipping costs. If the right of withdrawal relates to only part of an order, BL Properties does not refund the fee for payment methods and shipping costs. BL Properties has the right to make a depreciation deduction from the amount and make a deduction when purchasing return shipping as above. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date BL Properties received your notification that you regret it.
BL Properties may, however, wait with the refund until BL Properties has received the product or the Customer has shown that the product has been returned. The refund is made via the payment alternative that the Customer chose when ordering, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
You who act as a representative of a company must have, and hereby guarantee that you have,
authority to enter into agreements and make purchases for the company you represent, i.e. Customer,Bill.

Agreement and order
Orders can be made via the Website and in connection with this you accept the Terms. Orders placed via fax, e-mail or telephone can unfortunately not be processed.
When ordering, BL Properties sends as soon as possible an order confirmation to the Customer confirming the order and an agreement between you and Bl Properties has thus been entered into. BL Properties has the right in individual cases to refuse or change the order (for example if the Customer has provided incorrect personal information).

Product information etc.
BL Properties reserves the right to final sale of products and any image and writing errors on the Website, in advertisements or other marketing material, such as errors in product description or technical specification as well as incorrect prices or incorrect information regarding whether a product is in stock. BL Properties has the right to correct any errors, change or update the information on the Website and to make product changes and improvements on an ongoing basis. Please note that BL Properties never left out listed products that are temporarily out of stock. Products that are temporarily out of stock must be re-ordered at another time.

Images of products on the Website, in advertisements and other marketing material shall be seen as illustrations only.
The information on the Website is protected by, among other things, intellectual property law and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of BL Properties.

Prices
When ordering, the prices that are stated on the Website at the time of ordering apply, unless otherwise expressly agreed or if the circumstances obviously cause otherwise. BL Properties' prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT. Any payment and shipping fees are stated separately. Prices are reported both before the order and in the order confirmation.

BL Properties is not bound by such incorrect pricing that the Customer realized or should have realized. If an incorrect price has been entered for a product that the Customer has ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before the purchase is completed. BL Properties reserves the right to make typographical errors and price changes due to changes in VAT, changes in the currency situation, purchase prices and changes in statutory fees.

Promotions and offers
BL Properties may from time to time offer promotions and offers for various products. For products included in such promotions, the favorable price or the favorable conditions apply during the period specified on the Website or as long as the stock lasts. Promotions and offers cannot be combined with other discounts as long as it is not explicitly stated. BL Properties reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification.

Payment
The customer can pay for their purchase by card payment with the commonly used card options as well as the other payment options listed on the Website. BL Properties reserves the right not to always offer all payment options. If such a restriction on payment options exists, it is stated on the website.

Delivery and transport
BL Properties only delivers products to addresses within Sweden. The cost of shipping will be added to the order unless otherwise expressly stated. More information on shipping options can be found on the website. Please note that there may be restrictions on delivery options.

Unredeemed delivery
The customer is obliged to redeem, pick up or receive his delivery in accordance with the instructions provided from time to time by BL Properties or by the shipping company. Depending on the Customer's choice of delivery option, the Customer receives a notification showing where and when the package is to be picked up or received. For packages that are not redeemed, picked up or received, BL Properties has the right to charge a fee for BL Properties' additional costs such as return shipping.

Guarantee
BL Properties generally provides a one-year warranty on all products from the product's original date of purchase. For products with a warranty longer than one year, the warranty period is stated in the respective product description on the Website or in the product packaging.
In order to invoke the guarantee, the relevant proof of purchase, receipt, delivery note, etc. must accompany the complaint. The guarantee does not cover costs for repairs at another workshop, unless otherwise agreed in advance with BL Properties Customer Service. Please note that special warranty conditions may apply to products from other suppliers and manufacturers.
The warranty covers defects caused by material or manufacturing defects. Such an error that appears within the warranty period shall be deemed to have existed at the time of purchase. Wear, improper use and consumables are not covered by the warranty. Without prejudice to your rights under the law, BL Properties reserves the right to repair or replace the product in the event of a complaint during the warranty period.

Right of complaint
When ordering via the Website, the Customer always has a three-year right of complaint from the day the Customer receives the product. A customer who wishes to make a valid defect in the product must contact BL Properties as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered. In order for the complaint to be valid, it must be made within a reasonable time after the Customer has noticed or should have noticed the error. A complaint made within two months of the error being discovered is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.
The customer must inspect the products when they are received and any damage to the packaging must be reported directly to the forwarder or the delivery point.

The Customer is responsible for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during return shipping. BL Properties recommends that the product is sent in its original packaging and that this is packed well in an outer packaging with a traceable shipment.
Remember that the Customer must keep costs down as much as possible. BL Properties does not redeem products that are returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery.

When BL Properties has received the complained product and established that the complaint is valid, BL Properties will compensate the Customer in accordance with applicable legislation. This means that the error will be corrected or a new product will be sent. If this is not possible or if BL Properties otherwise deems it cost-effective, a repayment may instead be made. If the Customer is responsible for return shipping, the cost will also be refunded if the complaint is approved. Please note that BL Properties has the right to refuse the complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current legislation and that BL Properties in such a case does not reimburse any expenses for return shipping.
If BL Properties is to repay the purchase amount, it will be done without undue delay after the complaint has been approved, but no later than within 14 days. The refund is made via the payment option that the Customer chose when ordering. If the Customer has paid for his order with a credit card, the return will be refunded to the same credit card.
If the complaint is not valid in accordance with applicable law and therefore is not accepted, the Customer shall, at the request of BL Properties, pay an examination cost. If the Customer chooses not to take the product back or if the Customer chooses to repair the product at BL Properties at his own expense, no inspection cost will be charged.
